2. Description of Services
Saudi AI Dialect provides AI-powered translation and text-to-speech services for Saudi Arabic dialects. Our services include translating text from English or Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) to Saudi dialects, and generating natural-sounding speech in these dialects.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to: generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable; impersonate any person or entity; create deepfakes or misleading audio content; violate any applicable laws or regulations; or attempt to circumvent any usage limits or security measures.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Our services use artificial intelligence to generate translations and audio content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. The generated content does not represent the views or opinions of Saudi AI Dialect. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content you submit to our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our services. The generated translations and audio are licensed to you according to your subscription plan terms.
7. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid features are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice. Top-up credits do not expire and are non-refundable.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saudi AI Dialect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the 'Last updated' date.
